Which paper type should I choose?
Most DIYers or beginners choose our Peel & Stick paper as it does not require anything additional. Professional installers often prefer a non-woven or textured wallpaper application. Non-Woven wallpaper is highly recommended for your bedroom, hallway, and living room. For our Heavy Texture paper, it is a good choice for areas prone to spills, scuffs, and scratches, such as kitchens, playrooms, and other commercial spaces.
Is your wallpaper removable?
Our peel & stick wallpaper is removable! However, many factors go into installation and removal. We recommend trying out a sample before making a purchase.
Will your wallpaper stick if I have textured walls?
Our wallpaper works well on smooth and lightly textured surfaces. If you have an orange peel texture, no problem! Bringing brick or cinderblock will provide a better feeling for our peel & stick the paper to adhere to. We strongly recommend you try out a sample first. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our Customer Service Team via email: at support@everwallpaper.com, ensuring you include the wall width and height, preferred paper type, and a brief description of your request.
Is your wallpaper safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly?
Ever Wallpaper offers an alternative to the PVC products. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) not only kills our planet during the manufacturing process, but PVC, aka the "poison plastic", is highly toxic for humans to breathe. Respiratory disease and brain tumours aren't justified at any cost savings. We pride ourselves in offering clients beautiful wall coverings crafted with consciously selected materials. Our relationship with the planet and commitment to health is part of this company's founding. All our fabrics are 100% sourced in the USA, and our papers are a proprietary blend of sustainable wood, polyester, and post-consumer recycled content. We use HP latex inks which are Greenguard-certified and the lowest VOC emitters. Our print-to-order method is the best way to eliminate product waste and provide unique designs to our customers.
What are some of your bestselling designs?
Our forest, flower, children and marble mural designs are prevalent. We have worked hard to ensure we’re offering the best range of styles and leading-quality designs for customers. These popular designs prove that people desire wall designs with a mural instead of on-the-roll wallpaper.
Measurement
Should I give my exact dimensions?
Yes, as we print everything to order, we require the exact dimensions based on the measurements provided. We will automatically add a 3cm margin for minor measuring errors (mural orders only). We recommend adding a few inches in height and width to ensure you have enough to work with.
What units should I measure in?
When typing in your dimensions, our website can accept meters or feet.
Can I make changes of the dimensions?
We can change your order's dimensions at any point before payment is made. You can contact us via email: support@everwallpaper.com. Unfortunately, we can't accept any further changes once a mural has been paid for and your image proof approved.
Ordering & Customization
How does ordering work?
Most customers choose to order by their wall size. First, you'll measure your walls; select your image/pattern from our collection, enter your dimensions and paper type, and add to your cart!
Can I order a sample?
Yes. We offer samples of both our wallpapers and murals. The sample pack will be in A3 or A4 in four paper types: non-woven, light texture, heavy texture, and peel & stick.
How can I custom a print?
Yes, we offer custom murals. You can visit Custom Wallpaper and upload your design to place the order easily.
Can I make some color changes to the wallpaper murals I choose from your collection?
If you want to make some color changes to our original wallpaper murals in your order, please email us via support@everwallpaper.com, and we will discuss the further details with you to see if it is possible.
Payment
What payment method do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Can I receive my proof image after making the payment?
Yes. Once you have paid, our team will be in touch with your scaled-proof image for free. If you are happy to proceed, we will need confirmation, and we can send your mural into production. Your order will automatically move into production after 24 hours if we have not heard from you.
Can I change my order after payment?
You can change your order within 24 hours after you make the payment. Please get in touch with us via email: support@everwallpaper.com. After 24 hours, your wallpaper will go into production.
Will I receive full refund if I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us (Email: support@everwallpaper.com) within 24 hours after payment; we will cancel your order for free and give you a full refund; you will receive the refund within 72 hours after the cancellation. Any cancellation is not allowed after 24 hours of payment because it may already be in production or transit.
Shipping & Return
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
What’s the shipping time?
After we receive your order, the order processing time will be 1-3 business days. The shipping time will be 2-10 business days. It’ll be 3-13 business days in total.
What’s the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $60. For orders below $30 we charge a flat rate of $8.99. For orders from $30 and below $60 we charge a flat rate of $19.99.
What if I want to return my order, will I receive refund?
Cases of receiving the wrong item or a damaged item: If we have sent you the wrong item, the item you received is not what you purchased, or the item you received is damaged, please get in touch with us (Email: support@everwallpaper.com) within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos or videos. We will exchange the item for free and cover all shipping and return costs. Alternatively, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund once you have returned the goods to us (we bear all the return costs.) Cases of receiving items that do not meet your expectations: If you receive an item that is not defective or doesn’t have quality issues, but you decide you do not like it, please get in touch with us (Email: support@everwallpaper.com) within seven days. You will need to send the item back to us in its original condition, and the return cost will need to be covered by you. After we receive your item, we will arrange a refund for you (within 72 hours of receiving your returned item) if we deem the item to be re-sellable. Please note that we’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections, and we are unable to offer you a refund if we cannot resell your item (because all our wallpapers/murals are “made-to-order” precisely to your wall measurements, no two walls are the same). Therefore, please choose carefully when shopping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
