If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@everwallpaper.com. We will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If you contact us within 24 hours or before we finished producing your wallpaper, we can cancel the order for you and offer full refund.If you contact us after 24 hours and we have finished producing your wallpaper, you cannot cancel the order, because all our wallpapers are made-to-order specifically to your walls.
Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Customs
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, and you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs, duties, or tariff.

We do not charge any sales tax on orders in the United States.
VAT is included in the price for European orders.
